Kim Pacific Martial Arts is dedicated to providing enthusiastic customer service and support to martial artists who demand the best performing products at reasonable prices.
We are dedicated to keeping all items listed on our website in stock at all times. We must be honest, when something is out of stock it can take a few days to several weeks before it is received. However, we will immediately notify you of any delays and provide you with an anticipated shipping date. Once we receive an order it is shipped to you the same day.

We Believe in Protecting the Environment
To do our small part in protecting the environment Kim Pacific reuses any materials we can including packaging materials. We save and reuse our boxes and even spend time reusing packaging materials from other companies. As a matter of fact we spend at least once a week collecting perfectly reusable packaging materials from our neighborhood businesses. Internally, we continue our practice of recycling paper by reusing the backside of every usable paper. As a result, we get twice the use out of a normal piece of paper. We have made a commitment to our environment to constantly find ways to reuse what mother nature has produced.

Return Policy:
Returns must follow ALL the criteria listed below. If one or more criteria are not met, your product(s) will be rejected by our warehouse. 1) If you are not satisfied with a product, you must email or call us for return merchandise authorization (RMA). Any products returned without return authorization will be rejected and if requested by you, shipped back to you at your cost. 2) Product must be returned within 10 days from the date product is shipped to you. Ship your product prepaid (No C.O.D. will be accepted). 3) Product must be in the original packaging to avoid any additional fees. 4) Product must never have been used, worn, altered, washed, soiled, etc. 5) Product must be returned with a copy of the invoice. 6) The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside packaging. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer’s packaging or box.
Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
